Customer History

From the menu bar, click Modules > Customer > Customer History or press Alt M C C on the keyboard.  "Customer History" is also the default window that appears when going into Point of Sale.

"Customer History" enables you to view the history a customer has with your store. The history includes: invoices (outstanding and paid), payments, items purchased, consignments, layaways, orders, short term rentals, reservations, long term rentals, approvals, repairs, correspondence, notes and much more.

Changes to the customer record or any information appearing in Customer History may not be changed from the history window, with the exception being Notes and Contact Management records.
